Cancellation Policy
SERVICE AGREEMENT DREAM CLEANING & MAINTENANCE (Effective Upon Booking) By booking a service, the Client agrees to these terms: 1. BUSINESS DETAILS Service Provider: Dream Cleaning & Maintenance Contact: zanderdcm@gmail.com | 0721821291 | www.dreamcleaning.co.za Address: Services rendered at Client’s premises. 2. SERVICES OFFERED Basic Cleaning (6 hours, incl. 30-min break): Floors, dishwashing, dusting, bed-making. Comprehensive Cleaning (7 hours, incl. 30-min break): Basic Cleaning + cupboards, fridge, closets, laundry. Full-Day Cleaning (8-9 hours, incl. 30-45 min break): Comprehensive Cleaning + reasonable additional requests (submitted 24 hrs in advance). Move-In/Out Cleaning: Deep cleaning of floors, walls, cupboards, carpets, windows, doors (carpet cleaning at extra cost). Limitations: No deep stain removal, hazardous waste removal, or pest control. 3. BOOKING & PAYMENT Booking: Via website, WhatsApp, or email (subject to availability). Payment: Full payment required upfront via EFT or Card. Cancellations: 50% fee if canceled within 3 days. No refunds after service is rendered. Late Payments: 35% penalty applies to overdue invoices. 4. SERVICE DELIVERY & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Service Delivery: At Client’s premises; results vary based on property condition. Client Responsibilities: Provide cleaning supplies (detergents, mops, vacuums, etc.). Ensure access, secure pets & valuables before service. 5. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS Limitation of Liability: No liability for breakage/damage unless due to proven negligence. Risk Acknowledgment: Minor accidents (e.g., spills) may occur. Additional insurance available at extra cost. 6. TERMINATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION Termination: One-time services: 7 days' notice. Subscriptions: 30 days' written notice. Non-Compliance: If access is denied or materials not provided, full payment remains due. Disputes: Addressed via written communication; unresolved disputes follow South African law. 7. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION Data Use: Collected only for booking, stored securely per POPIA. Marketing: Testimonials may be used for marketing; no personal details shared without consent. 8. RESCHEDULING POLICY Allowed with 48 hours’ notice via WhatsApp. Late rescheduling may be declined or incur a fee. 9. GENERAL TERMS Governed by South African law. Terms may be updated with notice. No warranties or guarantees. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT By booking, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
